The Independent Mental Health Services Alliance (IMHSA) is a group of ten leading independent providers of mental health services, including The Ansel Group, Care UK, Cygnet Health, Huntercombe, Partnerships in Care and The Retreat at York and St Andrew's Healthcare (both registered charities). Collectively, we run over 550 settings across the country delivering a wide range of high-quality services to adults with mental health problems.

Secretariat and public affairs support for IMHSA are provided by Westminster Advisers, a consultancy specialising in policy on health and social care.
